A Smarter Way to Look After Your Teeth
Most people understand that regular dental care matters. The check-up every twelve months, the hygiene appointment, the occasional X-ray. But when each of those visits comes with a separate bill, it is easy for cost to become the reason they get postponed, or skipped altogether.
A membership plan removes that friction. You pay a fixed amount by direct debit each month and your routine care is covered. The check-ups, the hygiene appointments, the radiographs, all included. And because you are already invested in the plan, you are more likely to actually attend those appointments, which is exactly what your teeth need.
There is no insurance involved. No claims forms, no exclusions, no small print about pre-existing conditions. It is a straightforward arrangement between you and the practice, administered through DPAS, that makes your routine dental care predictable, affordable and easy to plan around.
We offer two plan levels to suit different patient needs. Level 1 covers the essentials. Level 2 adds more frequent hygiene care for patients who benefit from regular professional cleaning. Both include a 10% discount on all standard private treatments throughout the year.

How the Membership Plan Works
Monthly Direct Debit: Your plan fee is collected by monthly direct debit, administered by DPAS. There are no upfront costs and no joining fee. Your first payment is taken when you register and continues on the same date each month thereafter.
Using Your Plan: Once registered, your plan benefits are available immediately. Simply book your check-up and hygiene appointments as normal, let reception know you are a plan member when you arrive, and your covered appointments are taken care of. Your 10% discount applies automatically at the time of treatment for any standard private treatments throughout the year.
Cancellation: One month’s notice is required to cancel your plan. There are no penalties for cancelling and no long-term commitment required.
Important Note: The membership plan is not dental insurance. It does not cover the cost of dental treatment beyond the specific items listed in your plan inclusions. Any treatment needed beyond what the plan covers is charged at private rates, with your 10% plan discount applied.
Who Benefits Most From a Membership Plan?
The membership plan makes the most sense for patients who are already committed to regular preventive dental care and want to make it predictable and affordable.
Private patients: If you are already paying privately for your check-ups and hygiene appointments, a membership plan almost certainly represents better value than paying individually for each visit. The 10% discount on private treatments adds further value throughout the year.
Patients considering going private: If you are currently an NHS patient thinking about moving to private care for a better experience, a membership plan is a straightforward and affordable way to make that transition. Your check-ups and hygiene appointments are covered and you access private care at a reduced rate.
Patients with a history of dental problems: Regular check-ups and hygiene appointments are the single most effective way to catch problems early, before they become expensive. If you have had fillings, gum disease or other issues in the past, keeping on top of your routine care is the best investment you can make. A plan makes that easier.
Patients who want to budget for dental care: If unpredictable dental bills make you uncomfortable, a plan replaces the uncertainty with a fixed monthly cost that you can plan around.
