About Dimitrios
Dimitrios Chatzikamagiannis has one of the more varied professional journeys of anyone on the Newkirkgate team. He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2023, and rather than moving directly into a standard clinical role, he spent a year working as an army dentist in a military hospital, an experience that required a breadth of clinical competence and composure under pressure that most dental graduates do not encounter so early in their career.
From there, he travelled to London to complete additional training in facial aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, before joining the Newkirkgate team. He is currently also pursuing postgraduate studies in dental implantology, adding to a clinical profile that is already unusually broad for someone at his stage of practice.
His clinical interests sit at the intersection of precision and anatomy. Periodontics, prosthodontics and facial aesthetics all require a detailed knowledge of the structures beneath the surface, and Dimitrios has invested in that knowledge from the beginning of his career. He is the clinician at Newkirkgate responsible for facial aesthetics treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, and he brings to those treatments the same anatomical precision he applies to his dental work.

Dimitrios is the primary facial aesthetics practitioner at Newkirkgate, providing anti-wrinkle injections and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers including lip enhancement, facial contouring and line softening. His detailed anatomical knowledge, developed through dental training and dedicated aesthetics training in London, underpins a safe and precise approach to every aesthetics appointment.
Periodontics
Gum health is a clinical focus for Dimitrios, and he brings a thorough, analytical approach to assessing and treating periodontal conditions at all stages.
Prosthodontics
The design, placement and management of dental restorations including crowns, bridges and more complex multi-unit cases is an area where Dimitrios' attention to detail and interest in the functional and aesthetic outcomes of treatment is particularly evident.

Outside Dentistry
Dimitrios plays both piano and guitar, composes his own music, reads widely, travels as often as he can and values time with friends. He brings the same attention to craft to music that he brings to dentistry, which is either a coincidence or a character trait, and probably both.
